Brix N Stix is a boutique renovation and staffing company based in historic Lake Worth Beach, Florida, with a satellite office in New York City. A proud sister company of True Blue Realty, Inc., we began as a collective of real estate professionals and evolved into a trusted partner in the construction industry.
We specialize in streamlining manpower coordination, payroll, and staff management across the construction industry. With roots in real estate and a stronghold in NYC construction, we’ve become a go-to PEO (Professional Employer Organization) and staffing facilitator for developers and GCs.

Barbara Lilley
Founder of both True Blue Realty, Inc. and Brix N Stix, is an independent Real Estate Broker with over two decades of hands-on experience in:
- Florida real estate and investment properties
- Renovations, remodels, and ground-up development
- Managing single-family homes and duplexes across Cape Coral, Lehigh Acres, South Gulf Cove, and Palm Bay
